WELCOME TO THE CLOSET MINISTRY @ FIVE STONES CHURCH

The Closet Ministry @ Five Stones became the fifth Closet location in March 2011. Our first Free Shopping Day was held as a back-to-school event in the summer of 2011. We will have three events each year. These will be Back-to-School, Christmas and Easter/Spring events.

Your donations may be dropped on Sundays during regular worship hour at the Engage Culture Kiosk. You may also drop donations at Carmel Baptist Church in Alove C during (mark bags “The Closet”) and by appointment at Five Stones Church offices. The mission of The Closet Minsitry @ Five Stones is to demonstrate God’s love and His provision through outreach programs designed to help people in need in Waxhaw and around the World.

Five Stones Church was established in 2009 in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The purpose of Five Stones is to encourage people to know God and to take their next step with Him which will result in our vision: Christ followers that are changing the community and the world by actively living out their faith. Our values are to live out our faith at Five Stones by: loving God, sharing life, applying truth, investing now, engaging culture.

Waxhaw, North Carolina is one of the oldest towns in Union County, dating back to the 1770′s. Waxhaw takes its name form the Waxhaws, an Indian tribe that once inhabited the ara. The close proximity to Charlotte allows Waxhaw the much sought after balance of both small town charm and big city convenience.
